21.1 UNOFFICIAL FLOOD OF RECORD BASED ON ESTIMATIONS BY THE RIVER FORECAST CENTER. WIDESPREAD MAJOR FLOODING WITH NUMEROUS HOMES AND ROADS FLOODED ALONG THE NECHES RIVER BETWEEN WEISS BLUFF AND BEAUMONT.
18.0 MAJOR FLOODING IS EXPECTED. SEVERAL ROADS AND HOMES ALONG THE RIVER NEAR WEISS BLUFF AND DOWNSTREAM NEAR LAKEVIEW ARE FLOODED. FLOODING OCCURS BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING AREAS...WEISS BLUFF ROAD...LAKEVIEW ROAD...SHARON ROAD...CONNOLY ROAD AND FOUR OAKS RANCH.
16.0 MODERATE FLOODING WILL OCCUR. WATER FLOODS ROADWAYS AND APPROACHES HOMES NEAR THE RIVER AT WEISS BLUFF AND LAKEVIEW.
15.0 MINOR LOWLAND FLOODING WILL OCCUR.
