18.4 THE RIVER IS AT ITS 100 YEAR FLOOD LEVEL. MAJOR FLOODING WILL OCCUR.
16.0 WIDESPREAD MAJOR FLOODING WILL OCCUR.
14.6 WIDESPREAD MODERATE FLOODING WILL OCCUR.
